Morning:
Drink it as breakfast on an empty stomach or after light exercise.
π΅ How to Prepare (1 Serving)
- Take 1 tablespoon (15β20g) of the Kanji Mix.
- Add it to 1 cup (200ml) of water.
- Add a pinch of salt for taste (optional).
- Boil 3β5 minutes while stirring until it thickens slightly.
- Let it cool 2β3 minutes before drinking.
- (Optional) Add small onions + coriander for authentic taste.
